The Canadiens are going to have look out for the Capitals lethal power play unit. The Capitals are scoring on 38.5 percent of the time on the man advantage, limits how many mistakes Montreal can make in this game. Penalties and power plays will be factors in this game and could decide who will come out on top.

Look out for Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom because they are the main power behind the Capitals offense. The Capitals will really need to protect against Ovechkin and Backstrom who are already having good seasons and tend to be dangerous.

Flyers need a major shakeup after a slow start. dark. Next

Montreal goalie Carey Price has played well only allowing an average of 2.13 goals against and .922 save percentage, he will be an important factor in this game as they don’t allow the opposing team too many goals. They will also rely on their improved defense to help protect against the Capitals offense. This could be a low scoring game because both teams have improved defenses.

This game seems to favor the Capitals slightly because they still have a more complete team. Don’t sit on the Canadiens and their home ice advantage. This should be interesting who takes this one in the end.
