Winning is everything. That’s all we hear in sports. Here are five NFL coaches who desperately need a win in Week 12.

We highlighted five NFL coaches that needed a win to save their jobs in Week 11. Let’s do a quick recap of how they performed.

Vance Joseph saw his Denver Broncos beat the Los Angeles Chargers, 23-22. Joseph desperately needed that win to not only boost his teams morale but to also help his career alive in the Mile High city.

Our No. 4 coach was Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys. They also had a big win in Atlanta. Garrett has led this team to consecutive big wins.

Then there was Steve Wilks, Head Coach of the Arizona Cardinals. They faced off against the Oakland Raiders and lost, 23-21. Wilks is once again in must-win mode for Week 12.

Of course, John Harbaugh made the list and his team responded, beating the rival Cincinnati Bengals, 24-21.

Last and certainly least, we have Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter. They once again fell in defeat. This time to the New York Football Giants. Koetter desperately needs to win again this season.
