Real Madrid face CSKA Moscow at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday, Dec. 12. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Champions League group stage wraps up on Wednesday with Real Madrid playing CSKA Moscow at the Santiago Bernabeu. The three-time defending champions have already qualified for the knockout stage and will finish first in the group if they pick up a point. CSKA cannot advance in the Champions League but if they finish third in the group will move into the Europa League knockout stage.

In the first game, CSKA shocked Real, winning 1-0 in Moscow. That game was the beginning of the end for Julen Lopetegui, who was fired three weeks later. Real have played better under Santiago Solari, winning four of five La Liga games. Gareth Bale finally snapped his scoring slump over the weekend, beating Huesca 1-0. With a spot in the knockout stage guaranteed, Solari might decide against playing his regular players and give them extra rest.

CSKA are third in Russia after picking up 11 points in their last five games. Keeper Igor Akinfeev was very good in the first game against Real before being sent off with a second yellow card at the end of the game. Viktor Goncharenko will likely try to recreate the same gameplan that worked for CSKA in the first meeting. Alan Dzagoev could miss Wednesday’s game with a thigh injury and his loss would be a major blow to CSKA in midfield. Up front, CSKA will rely on Fedor Chalov and Nikola Vlasic. Chalov has scored 10 goals this season, while Everton loanee, Vlasic has scored seven goals.

The Champions League match between Real Madrid and CSKA Moscow will be broadcast live on TNT. Live streaming is available on B/R Live, which you can access with your cable or satellite subscription, either online or through their app.

If CSKA are going to advance to the knockout stage, they need Roma to beat Viktoria Plzen and pick up a point. Plzen hold the tiebreaker over CSKA because they won the head to head tiebreaker.
