Arrow continues its seventh season with episode 10, “My Name is Emiko Queen,” on Monday night. Here’s how to watch the episode online.

The first part of Arrow season 7 was pretty strong, especially after the stumbles of season 6. The strong start mostly came from the Oliver is prison storyline. And while Oliver may be out of prison now, the show seems to be setting up some interesting storylines for Oliver in the back half of the season. Both with him working for the SCPD and introducing his half sister.

Sadly, the rest of Team Arrow has not fared as well as Oliver when it comes to storylines this season, especially Diggle. Having him work at ARGUS with Lyla is an interesting idea, but the show has yet to really explain what their big top secret mission is. And it is poised to keep them separate from Oliver and the inevitable rebooted Team Arrow that is sure to happen at some point.

To make things worse, now they need Ricardo Diaz’s help in this mission. A character that really should have left at the end of last season, and then his character arc came to another conclusion in the amazing episode where Oliver got out of prison.

Yet Diaz is apparently going to stick around for ever. He is now refusing to help Diggle and Lyla while in ARGUS custody. And when Oliver finds out about this, he will not be impressed. Also, did no one learn from last season that keeping secrets on Team Arrow does not end well, for the characters and the quality of the show?

The only good that could come from Diaz sticking around to help ARGUS is if it could lead to a reboot of an Arrow Suicide Squad. A team that is lead by Lyla and Diggle this time and gives them more to do on a weekly basis that is connected to what the Queen siblings are doing as the Green Arrow.
