Here’s what you need to know about this week’s new episode of The Flash, including how to watch on TV or stream online.

After a short break, The Flash returns this week to resolve the cliffhanger surrounding Cicada’s fate… or not. Though dealing a blow (though how severe remains to be seen) to the main villain of the season might be something that other shows would address immediately, The Flash is taking a different route.

In the last episode, Cicada was hit with his own dagger but disappeared before he could be taken into custody as it were. It looks like the show will let the audience mull over Cicada’s fate for a bit longer rather than address it right away.

Instead, the upcoming episode brings back two villains from previous seasons, with a twist. King Shark first appeared on The Flash in season 2, when he attacked Barry’s family. Gorilla Grodd actually has a longer history, he first clashed with The Flash way back in season 1. And in this weeks episode, both of them are back, and it sounds like Team Flash may need the help of one to defeat the other.

The trailer for episode 15 almost makes it look like the two villains will be fighting each other, so how will Team Flash get involved? Also, the creepy voice at the end does sound suspiciously like Cicada, so maybe he will show up briefly or towards the end. It seems unlikely that he would ally with King Shark because of his mission to destroy all metahumans, but Gorilla Grodd isn’t exactly a meta so there could be something there.

The Flash returns Tuesday at 8 p.m. on The CW.
