Greedy Williams. 20. player. 55. . Cornerback. LSU

The Pittsburgh Steelers were absolutely fleeced by the Oakland Raiders on Sunday morning, as they got back only a third and fifth round pick for Antonio Brown. Originally, the Steelers were expecting multiple first rounders for AB, but then backtracked to one first rounder, and settled on  two middle-round picks.

With that saga in the rearview mirror, and Le’Veon Bell also out the door, the Steelers will have to hope guys like James Connor and JuJu Smith-Schuster can step up big-time in 2019. Pittsburgh let the AFC North title slip from their hands during the second half of the season, and you can be sure Big Ben Roethlisberger is going to be hungry heading into 2019.

With their top pick, sitting at No. 20, the Steelers should do something to bolster their defensive backfield. One player who really stands out in terms of the cornerback position is Greedy Williams from LSU, who should be the first cornerback off the board this April, because he is a super-talented guy.

After running a blazing 40-yard dash at the combine, Williams cemented his place in the first round, and would be a perfect partner for Joe Haden at cornerback in the Steel City next season. The Steelers have to be better on defense in 2019, and in Williams, they have a guy who could shut down one side of the field for the next five seasons.
