NHL DFS Goalies:

There are 3 goalies tonight that are obvious plays and to be honest you don’t need me to tell you to play..  Playing either David Rittch ($8,400), Tukkaa Rask ($8,300), and Martin Jones ($8,100). I’m not going to go in to detail on these 3 goalies except for the fact they are all in great start to get an easy win.

My top goalie tonight is going to be Jordan Binnington ($7,900) at home against a struggling Detroit team. Binnington is 5-2 in his last 7 starts along with a 1.86 GAA and a .927 SV%.

Another option I am interested in, and likely a very low owned option, is Sergei Bobrovsky ($7,800). Since losing 3 of 4 starts from 2/26 – 3/3, Bobrovsky is 4-2, with a .946 sv% and a shutout.

My last selection in net is Ben Bishop ($7,600) at home versus Colorado. Bishop had his record-breaking shutout snapped last game in his win over the Panthers. Bishop is on a historically great run right now with a 6-0-0 record in his last 6 starts as well as a .50 GAA and a .980 SV% and 3 shutouts.

NHL DFS Top Forwards:

Top Tier:

Aleksander Barkov ($7,500) – I wrote up Barkov for Tuesdays game against Dallas and it paid off well if you played him as he scored both goals for the Panthers in their 4-2 loss. Over his last 7 games Barkov has an amazing 4 goals and 13 assists, his 17 points would rank him in 16 on his team in scoring right now.

Cam Atkinson ($6,800) – Time for me to pick on another under-performing Blue Jacket player. In his last 10 games Atkinson only has 2 goal and 3 assists, but he has taken 25 shots during that span. Atkinson is getting his opportunities he just isn’t putting the puck in the net but he will eventually come around, and almost 40 goal scorer (38) doesn’t just forget how to score.

Claude Giroux ($6,600) – Giroux has 17 points in his last 12 games with only 3 goals, but he has 14 assists. I like the idea of pairing Giroux with James van Riemsdyk ($5,600) tonight, who has points in 4 straight games with 5 goals and an assist in that span.

Mid Tier:

Viktor Arvidsson ($6,200) – Pittsburgh has allowed 19 goals in their last 7 games which isn’t terrible for a 2.71 GA/G average, but has allowed 10 in their lat 3. Arvidsson has 3 goals and an assist in his last 3 games. Arvidsson plays on the Preds top line with Ryan Johansen and Filip Forsberg

Jonathan Marchesault ($5,700) – Marchessault has 4 goals and 2 assists in the Golden Knights last 2 games. In two games against Winnipeg this season Marchessault has added a goal.

Jaden Schwartz ($4,600) – Schwartz has 4 goals and 2 assists in his last 5 games and is averaging 3 shots on goal per game. Playing on the 3rd line with Oskar Sundqvist and David Perron as well as playing on the teams 2nd PP unit. Detroit has a terrible PK, ranked 28th in the league as well as being ranked 12th in short-handed attempts, St. Louis’ PP is a great play tonight because of this.

Value Tier:

Roope Hintz ($4,200) – Hintz has been great for the Stars playing on the top line with Tyler Seguin and Alexander RadulovIn his last 5 games Hintz has 4 goals and an assist.

Christian Dvorak ($3,500) – Dvorak returned from injury on February 26th,and had a very slow start for the Coyotes. After no points in his first 4 games, Dvorak now has 6 points in his last 7 games with 2 goals and 4 assists.

Rudolfs Balcers ($2,900) – Balcers is a full on dart play for tonight. He does have 2 assists and an average of 3 DKFP per game in his last 3 games (not including last night’s game)

NHL DFS Top Defensemen:

Top Option:

Kris Letang ($6,000) – Letang spent nearly a month on the shelf and returned to score a goal for the Penguins on Tuesday against Carolina. While the Penguins offense did not suffer too much with out their top dman, but it can only pick up with Letang back in the lineup, especially on the power play.

Other Options: Alex Pietrangelo ($5,800), John Klingberg ($5,400)

Value Option:

Roman Polak ($3,000) – Polak has 2 assists in the Stars last 3 games as well as over a 3 DKFP per game average. Polak is not the best offensive d man for the Stars, but he does play over 20 minutes per game generally and when a guy is on the ice that long there are more opportunities for him to contribute.

Other Options: Erik Cernak ($4,100), David Savard ($3,500)

NHL DFS Line Stacks:

My top line stack tonight is the Panthers top PP unit at home against the Coyotes tonight. With Barkov on this unit there is a great chance they pick up a goal with the way he is play right now.

More from FanSided

EVGENII DADONOV
ALEKSANDER BARKOV
JONATHAN HUBERDEAU
KEITH YANDLE
MIKE HOFFMAN

My next line I am interested in is actually the Penguins 2nd PP unit. Their first unit is always in play, but expensive. This second unit gives you the ability to get access to Crosby if you us McCann, but also the returning Letang is playing on this unit.

DOMINIK SIMON
NICK BJUGSTAD
JARED MCCANN
MARCUS PETTERSSON
KRIS LETANG

Other Options:

Boston 1

Tampa PP 1

Carolina 1

St. Louis 1

Chicago 1 & 2

Colorado 1

Edmonton 1

Calgary PP 1

Winnipeg 1

San Jose 2

NHL DFS Core Plays:

My core is going to start with Barkov and Keith Yandle from the Panthers top PP unit, and then to save some salary I want to add Dominik Simon and pair him with Letang. In net I am using Bishop, and also Roope Hintz from Dallas. Adding Christian Dvorak to my lineup saves me some cash as well and will leave me $6,400 per player for the two remaining winger positions.
