4. Scot v. Scot

Isla Dawn and Kay Lee Ray: They’re both Scottish! But, should they be supportive of each other just because they’re both Scottish? And is Piper Niven coming to NXT UK a good thing solely because she, too, is Scottish?

The answer to both of these questions is apparently an emphatic “no.” Ray dispatched of Dawn rather easily, thereby showing her mindset towards her fellow Scots in a company based around competing with each other, is superior. This isn’t to say that Dawn looks at all bad, she’s just completely over-matched. Ray gets to do pretty much whatever she wants, including doing a push-up while simultaneously locking in an armbar. At another point, she’s outside the ring and spins Dawn around the canvas like you would your cat, and socks her in the face, hopefully like you wouldn’t your cat. Soon after it’s a big chop, into a superkick, into the Widow’s Peak for the three-count. A convincing win that keeps Ray rising up the ladder in the NXT UK women’s division.
