The Masters 2019 tee times: Thursday, Round 1

Here are the tee times for Round 1 of the 2019 edition of The Masters from Augusta National Golf Club.

The tee times and groupings for the first two rounds of The Masters were released on Tuesday and there will be some fantastic trios at Augusta National Golf Club as golf’s first major championship of 2019 gets underway.

World number one Justin Rose gets a late start on Thursday and will be grouped alongside three-time Masters champion Phil Mickelson and PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas. Teeing off just in front of them in the afternoon is world number two Dustin Johnson and he’ll be walking the course with Bryson DeChambeau and Jason Day.

One of the big favorites to win, Rory McIlroy, begins his latest quest for golf’s Grand Slam at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday when he tees it up with Cameron Smith and arguably the best player in the game without a major championship, Rickie Fowler. Defending champion Patrick Reed is grouped with former U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson and reigning U.S. Amateur Champion Viktor Hovland.

As for four-time Masters winner Tiger Woods, he starts his journey for major number 15 just ahead of the McIlroy group at 11:04 alongside Haotong Li and Jon Rahm.
