In this case today for the game to be a MLB Bets play, the listed overnight pitcher for the Diamondbacks, Zack Greinke, must start. All times Eastern.
Arizona (+1.25) wins out at Colorado, 3:10 pm
Greinke is simply in too good a form to let pass in this situation. Arizona controlling the series only adds to the play.
Zack Greinke in his last 3 starts, two of which were away, has tossed almost 21 innings allowing 1 earned run while striking out 18 and walking 4. By contrast German Marquez has thrown 19 innings giving up 9 earned runs.
MLB bets makes this game a 1.50 favorite for Arizona yet the Rockies are -1.35 as of this writing. It’s a big gap and Arizona would be the play for that reason alone.
However in addition the Diamondbacks have a number of positive trends going for them as well. They are 4-0 against right-handed starting pitching, 5-0 in away games, and 6-0 in the last 6 games that Greinke has started.

There is no play on the game 4 spread yet, although it is close. Right now the line is Rockets -2 and should it drop to 1 NBA Bets will probably release laying Houston -1 as well.
Toronto +2 against Philadelphia, Sunday 3:30 pm
This is a 1/2 unit release from NBA Bets. This line opened Toronto favored by 1 and has quickly moved to the 76ers -2 on 62 % of the bets placed. Normally in this situation the oddsmakers view of the game is superior and those 3 points become an advantage for the original favorite. We shall see.
Portland -2 against Denver if the number gets there, Sunday 7:00 pm
This line opened Blazers -4 1/2 and has since dropped to 3. Should this line fall farther and reach 2, NBA Bets is interested in laying Portland -2 for value in the same context as Toronto. This also would be considered a 1/2 unit release.
