A look at the how, when and where you can watch all of the action from the 2019 edition of The Open Championship from Royal Portrush.

The Open Championship begins this Thursday from beautiful Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland and if you’re looking to catch all the live action from the final major championship of the year, remember to set an alarm…or stay up really late if that’s your thing. There’s a five-to-eight-hour time difference between the U.S. (obviously depends on where you live) and Northern Ireland and things get going pretty early.

Northern Irishman and 2011 Open Champion Darren Clarke will hit the first tee shot at Royal Portrush at 1:35 a.m. ET on Thursday morning and 155 players will follow as threesomes go off of the first tee all day long. For the fourth consecutive year, Golf Channel and NBC will be handling the television coverage and will feature a combined 45 hours of coverage over the span of the four-day tournament.

Here’s a look at the full television schedule for the 2019 edition of The Open Championship.
