Tottenham play Manchester United in the International Champions Cup on Thursday, July 25. Here’s everything you need to watch the match.

The two Premier League sides meet for the very first time this season in Shanghai for their second game of the International Champions Cup. Tottenham won their last match thanks to a stunning last minute winner from Harry Kane against Juventus while Mason Greenwood’s strike was enough for United to see off Inter Milan in their last ICC match.

Both sides are trying assimilate new faces into their lineups with the Red Devils have signed Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace and Daniel James from Swansea City while Tottenham have made the more notably signing of Tanguy Ndombele from Olympic Lyon. As well as incorporating new players into their respective lineups, Solskjaer and Pochettino will also both appreciate the chance to get a feel for their domestic rival before the season starts.

Given that their first competitive isn’t till December, both managers are likely to take everything they see on Thursday will a big pinch of salt. However, it might provide the two coaches a chance to see which individuals could be potential weak spots and elements of each other’s games to continue scouting for the next couple of months.

Man United enjoy the competitive edge over Tottenham in this fixture, having won over 30 of their meetings against Spurs in English domestic competition. In comparison, Tottenham have just eight wins, but have managed to get a result over United in recent fixtures including a 3-0 win at Old Trafford last season.
