While there are countless pieces dubbing players as Fantasy Football sleepers or breakout candidates, it’s also important to navigate through the players that could double as a land mine this season, so, who should you avoid?

Every year we are presented with countless articles, podcasts, and videos outlining who the next breakout running back or sleeper wide receiver is for the upcoming season and why they should crush their current fantasy football ADP, but how often are we highlighting players that should be avoided?

The answer could very well be not enough, as it’s just as important to know who not to target on top of who to keep your eyes on throughout your draft. We’ve all been in the position at one point or another where a league member takes your pick one or two picks before your turn, leaving you to panic.

Those are the situations that can be the most dangerous and ultimately, cause you to rush a decision and draft one of the top players on the board (sorted by ADP). It’s almost like running through a field of landmines. Panicking, trying to rapidly find the best route of escape and avoiding the mines, or busts.
