Juventus face Bayer Leverkusen at Allianz Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The second game of the Champions League group stage kicks off on Tuesday. In Group D action, Juventus host Bayer Leverkusen at the Allianz Stadium. Juventus drew 2-2 with Atletico Madrid in their opening game, while Leverkusen lost 2-1 to Lokomotiv Moscow.

Juventus have won eight straight Serie A titles but are in second place after six games. Maurizio Sarri’s team have only dropped points in one game domestically but have issues in their defense they need to overcome. Juventus are struggling to deal with the loss of captain Giorgio Chiellini. Leonardo Bonucci and Matthijs de Ligt have struggled to form a partnership since Chiellini went down with a torn ACL. Sarri will also be without both of his right-backs, Mattia De Sciglio, and Danilo, who are out with injuries. Upfront, Juventus will rely on Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese superstar raises his game in the Champions League and will try to add to his goal-scoring tally in the competition.

Bayer Leverkusen have 13 points in their first six games as they chase Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga table. Peter Bosz’s team need to improve on their performance in Moscow when they lost 2-1 to Lokomotiv. Leon Bailey was injured in their first Champions League game and will not be available on Tuesday. The loss is a major blow to Leverkusen’s attack. The club will rely even more heavily on 20-year-old Kai Havertz. The midfielder is easily the best player on Leverkusen and arguably one of the best German players in the world.
