RB Leipzig face Lyon at Red Bull Arena on Wednesday, Oct. 2. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The second game of the Champions League kicks off on Wednesday in Group G as RB Leipzig host Lyon at Red Bull Arena. Leipzig opened the tournament with an away win over Benfica. Lyon drew with Zenit St. Petersburg in their first game.

Leipzig dropped to second in the Bundesliga following a 3-1 loss against Schalke over the weekend. In their first Champions League game of the season, Leipzig went to Lisbon and beat Benfica 2-1. Timo Werner scored both goals against Benfica. The German striker is off to a great start to the season, scoring seven goals in eight games. Werner will start in the front two with Yussuf Poulsen. While Poulsen hasn’t found his scoring touch, he has assisted on six goals. The duo will be key to any success Leipzig have this season. If Leipzig are going to get out of the Champions League group stage for the first time in club history, they will need both Werner and Poulsen to score goals.

Lyon started the season with two wins. However, since winning the second game of the Ligue 1 season, Lyon are winless in their past seven games. Manager Sylvinho will have a difficult challenge ending Lyon’s winless streak against a strong Leipzig team. If Lyon are going to pick up points against Leipzig, the club will need strong performances from Moussa Dembele and Memphis Depay. The duo has combined for 11 goals in all competitions this season.
