Slavia Prague face Barcelona at Sinobo Stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 23. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

When Slavia Prague were drawn into the same group as Barcelona, Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund, the club’s executives could only sit and laugh. On Wednesday, Slavia will host Barcelona at Sinobo Stadium, in the first of back-to-back games between the two clubs. Barcelona enter the game tied for first in the group with Dortmund. While Slavia and Inter are tied with one point.

Slavia Prague are undefeated in the Czech league and hold a six-point lead over Viktoria Plzen. In their last Champions League game, Slavia suffered their first loss of the season, losing 2-0 to Dortmund. Prague are one of the smallest clubs in the tournament and recognizes that their chances of advancing to the knockout stage are virtually nil. However, that has not stopped the club from competing and trying to prevent one of the European giants from advancing to the knockout stage.

Barcelona are first in La Liga, holding a one-point lead over their top rival Real Madrid. After picking up four points in their first two Champions League games, Barcelona will look to sweep Slavia Prague in their two-game set. If Barcelona pick up all six points against Prague, they will all but guarantee a spot in the round of 16. With such an edge in talent, manager Ernesto Valverde can rotate his team, giving some of his key players some extra rest that could benefit them in the second half of the season. Even with a squad of backups, Barcelona will still be heavily favored to win.
