There are only three episodes left of the second season of the hit Fox series, but will the ninth episode be airing tonight? Find out if there is a new episode of The Masked Singer tonight.

The latest episode was a thrilling affair and saw the return of the smackdown round. Flower and Rottweiler went head to head with the former singing “Don’t Cha” by the Pussycat Dolls and the latter getting down to some “Eye of the Tiger.” Unfortunately, the Flower power ran out because that mask came off to reveal Patti Labelle, the icon responsible for such classic tracks as “Lady Marmalade” and “New Attitude.”

The epic conclusion to last week’s affair left fans wanting more, and the anticipation for the next iteration is at an all-time high. So the only question remains, when will the world get their next dose of The Masked Singer?

The bad news is there is no new episode airing tonight. Instead of enjoying some great tunes from masked performers on Thanksgiving, people will have to settle on just being thankful The Masked Singer has a new episode on its way sooner than later.

The next episode, appropriately titled “Clash of the Masks,” will air Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.  For those worried that this hiatus behavior may become a cruel trend, have no fear.

The final two episodes of The Masked Singer’s sophomore season will air on back-to-back nights not long after. The first will arrive on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. EST and the final episode will be Wednesday, Dec.11 at 8 p.m. EST.
