One Day at a Time is finally back for season 4. While the season won’t be streaming on Netflix, here’s how you can watch it on March 24.

One Day at a Time is a reboot of a 1975 television show. The reboot series ran for three seasons of Netflix before it was ultimately canceled. After its cancellation, the series’ fans demanded that it be brought back. It was one of only a few shows that had Cuban representation, and many fans were upset that it had been canceled.

Thankfully, it’s back for season 4 with Pop TV. One Day at a Time stars Justina Machado (Penelope Alvarez), Marcel Ruiz (Alex Alvarez), Isabella Gomez (Elena Alvarez), Rita Moreno (Lydia Riera), and Todd Grinnel (Schneider).

At the end of the third season, Schneider had come clean about the break of his sobriety and the Alvarez family were beginning to get him back on his feet. We don’t know much about what’s to come in season 4, but the first episode, “Checking Boxes” will be about Alex’s new girlfriend.

In a preview for the premiere, it showed Alex sitting on the couch and Penelope asking, “Did you decide what we’re watching for movie night?” To which Alex responds with, “No, it’s like there’s nothing good on Netflix anymore,” an obvious reference to the fact that the show was pulled by Netflix.

In the final moments of season 3, Lydia also decided to revisit Cuba for the first time since she left. While the new season doesn’t pick up where season 3 left off, the visit to Cuba will be addressed in season 4.

Ray Romano will also be guest starring in the premiere as a census worker named Brian. Clearly, Pop TV is stepping up to the plate, ready to knock this new season out of the park.
