An old favorite, Pokémon Snap, is making a comeback on the Nintendo Switch.

Sweet nostalgia is coming for all the Pokémon fans out there because a Nintendo 64 favorite is making a comeback to the Nintendo Switch. After lots of anticipation about its next big thing, Pokémon announced today that a new version of Pokémon Snap will be released on the Switch.

The gaming company released a teaser today showcasing gameplay from the game, and it looks absolutely beautiful. According to a press release, similar to the old game, this one will take trainers through different islands to see Pokémon in the wild. Then, it’s as simple as finding the little creatures and snapping a picture of them to create your own Pokémon Photodex. As of right now, unfortunately, there’s no release date for the game mentioned.

But, as shown in the teaser, there’ll be little Pikachus to capture, Squirtles to marvel at, and some overall great landscapes to awe at. So, a video game where you watch cute Pokémon and take photos of them? It sounds like Nintendo is really dominating the relaxing gameplay category.

Along with the Pokémon Snap announcement, Pokémon also announced more updates coming soon. For Pokémon Sword and Shield players, a new expansion pass is coming that takes place on the Isle of Armor. For the update, they say: “In celebration of the launch of The Isle of Armor, a special Max Raid Battle featuring the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora will be available in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. If one million players around the world win this Max Raid Battle from June 17 through June 28, Trainers can receive a special Shiny Zeraora.”

A puzzle game is also coming to app stores and the Nintendo Switch called Pokémon Café Mix. The game looks quite cute and will be available for preorder starting today.

And lastly, for Pokémon Go players, Niantic and Pokémon announced that Mega-Evolved Pokémon will begin to appear, so that will be something fun for players to look out for.
