Cam Newton and Greg Olsen embrace over Panthers’ roots.

Have you ever had an in-office friend who you kept in contact with long after you stopped working together? Seems like that’s exactly what Cam Newton and Greg Olsen have done as they are seen having a mini-reunion on the field ahead of their Sunday night football game … on opposing teams.

Newton, who is now the quarterback for the New England Patriots and Olsen, who is now on the Seattle Seahawks, are old friends from their time on the Carolina Panthers.

The pair have been friends for a while and even had a pretty wild dinner, caught by TMZ in January before COVID hit. Perhaps this is the first time they’ve been able to interact in person since lockdown?

Which team will claim the win on Sunday night?

Even though they will be rivals on the gridiron on Sunday night they embraced and looked to be on great terms earlier in the day. Only time will tell which team comes up the victor, and kickoff is at 5:20 p.m PT.
