Tonight, the Chiefs and Ravens are giving us the best game of the NFL season

You are busting at the seams from a full platter of 15 NFL games already this week. You’ve already witnessed supreme matchups like Dallas Cowboys at Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers at New Orleans Saints. But you must make room for one more contest — one that promises to live up to all the hype.

It’s Monday Night Football in Baltimore, Maryland, at 8:15pm EST tonight, and it’s probably the most salivating showdown you could script into a gridiron storybook. The NFL serves up sublime games each week, but this one promises to transcend the traditional “should be a great game” designation.

Schedule-makers knew what they were doing when the slyly slid this duel onto the schedule in Week 3. Quarterbacks are the headliners, for the most part, in any professional football game, and it gets no more star-studded than Patrick Mahomes vs. Lamar Jackson. The two men have started 57 games between them, and this might just be the most anticipated regular-season tryst to date.

Millions of televisions will be tuned to ESPN tonight. There are a plethora of reasons as to why. Here are seven of the most enticing ones if you need any more reason to tune in.
