How to tune in and witness the award winners of the 2020 NFL season

Before the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers square off in the anticipated Super Bowl LV, the NFL will reflect on all of the highlights, big players and big stars of its 2020 season with the 10th annual NFL Honors ceremony.

The ceremony will take place on Feb. 6, the day before the Super Bowl, at the Straz Center in Tampa, FL. It will air at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.

How to watch the 2021 NFL Honors ceremony

As with all the other Super Bowl week-related events, the impact of COVID-19 will make this year’s ceremony quite different. There will be no red carpet ceremony, nor will any fans be in attendance.

As Sports Business Daily (via ProFootballTalk) reported earlier this season, this year’s edition of NFL Honors will be a virtual, made-for-TV experience.

Nevertheless, the event will still feature the recognition of some of the NFL’s best for the 2020 season, handing out awards such as league MVP, Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year, Coach of the Year and the Walter Payton Man of the Year.

The event will also feature the presentation of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

The following is a list of featured awards that will be presented during the ceremony:

  • AP [Associated Press] Most Valuable Player
  • FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year
  • Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year
  • AP Coach of the Year
  • AP Comeback Player of the Year
  • AP Offensive Player of the Year
  • AP Defensive Player of the Year
  • AP Offensive Rookie of the Year
  • AP Defensive Rookie of the Year
  • Bridgestone Clutch Performance Play of the Year
  • Salute To Service Award
  • Courtyard Unstoppable Performance of the Year
