It’s been a long time since LeBron James was at the NBA Finals as a spectator. He showed up to Game 5 looking absolutely ridiculous.

LeBron James is sitting courtside at Phoenix Suns Arena for Game 5 of the NBA Finals with a, well, questionable outfit, if we’re being honest. He’s wearing a very busy shirt with sunglasses that should probably only be worn in Cancun.

As with anything fashion-related, you have to take a stance. Ours is it’s an unsightly combo. See for yourself.

LeBron and the Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated by the Phoenix Suns earlier in the NBA Playoffs. It’s a testament to his long-standing friendship with Chris Paul that’s he’s even in the building tonight. The four-time champion has been to the NBA Finals 10 times, tied for third-most all-time.

LeBron is normally well-regarded for his fashion choices, but we’re not sure what he was thinking here with this shirt and glasses combo.

Perhaps the crazy look is just another element of LeBron’s extended promotion of Space Jam: A New Legacy. Maybe he’s trying to do best bud Chris Paul a solid by distracting Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks? Either way, it’s safe to say LeBron’s Game 5 fit was polarizing.
