SummerSlam 2021 was the biggest event of the year for WWE with a sold-out crowd attending at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

WWE had an attendance boom at SummerSlam 2021.

The crowd at Allegiant Stadium was a sellout with 51,326 fans in attendance, making it the biggest event of the year for WWE.

Attendance for this year’s event was greater than any previous one held at an indoor venue.

Unfortunately, the crowd at Allegiant Stadium may have also been an issue for the venue. A major technical problem resulted in the credit card payment processing system blacking out for much of the event. Fans were unable to purchase beer or food, though some reported the venue started giving out things for free at a certain point.

Despite the glitches, WWE should be happy with just how many people turned out for this August’s event featuring Roman Reigns and John Cena.
