Let’s break those down separately.

Georgia’s defense only allowed a single touchdown to an opposing offense this season. That came back on Sept. 18 against the South Carolina Gamecocks on a 36-yard touchdown reception by Josh Vann.

As for the two SEC teams shut out by the score of 99-0, those unlucky parties were Arkansas and the Vanderbilt Commodores. Arkansas lost 37-0, while Vanderbilt was smacked down by the score of 62-0. South Carolina was the third SEC team that Georgia played, but the Gamecocks lost 40-13.

The two top ten teams that Georgia held to three points were the Razorbacks and the Clemson Tigers, who were held to a field goal in the 10-3 loss. Speaking of that game, the Bulldogs limited the Tigers to 180 yards of total offense (178 passing yards, two rushing yards).

The Bulldogs will look to add to their accomplishments next week when they play the Auburn Tigers.
