Alex Rodriguez posted a wild Instagram video of himself doing yoga after “working with David Ortiz.”
The American League Championship Series is set, with the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros set to square off on Friday night on Fox. That means you will get to hear the thoughts of former MLB sluggers Alex Rodriguez, David Ortiz and Frank Thomas from the network studio before, during and after the games.
This time of year is undoubtedly stressful for baseball media members. For A-Rod, he posted a video of himself doing yoga, which he was was “much needed after working with David Ortiz.”

Ortiz responded on Rodriguez’s post (which you can see in the comment section), saying, “wtf is that? U look like you are about to have a baby.” The comment included two crying laughing emojis.
Ortiz’s Red Sox will go on the road to face the Astros at Minute Maid Park in Game 1 of the ALCS, with their goal of making it to the World Series for the first time since 2018.
