Look: Ted Lasso, Coach Beard were apparently scouting at Arsenal-Liverpool

Ted Lasso stars Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt were in attendance for the Arsenal-Liverpool match.

The hit Apple TV+ show, Ted Lasso, has taken the world by storm. Not to mention the countless number of awards that it has won through two seasons. It appears as though Ted Lasso and Coach Beard are doing some scouting for AFC Richmond ahead of next season

Actors Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt were in attendance at Emirates Stadium on Jan. 20 for the match between Arsenal and Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semifinals.

Not a bad match to scout. They just have to hope that Nathan Shelley doesn’t successfully secure any of the talent they were eyeing. If you know, you know (Season 2 spoiler alert).

As for the match itself, Arsenal and Liverpool were participating in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup, with the winner moving onto the finals to face Chelsea. Liverpool stood tall with a 2-0 win. Both goals came from forward Diogo Jota, who scored in the 19th and 74th minutes of the match.

Liverpool will face Chelsea in the finals of the Carabao Cup on Feb. 27, live from Wembley Stadium.
