Tom Brady just put in a request to Elon Musk and it involves his infamous NFL combine photo.

On Thursday, Elon Musk put in a $43 billion bid to buy Twitter.

And if that deal goes through, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady requested his NFL combine photo from 22 years ago be deleted.

At the 2000 NFL Combine, Brady was not in the shape he’s in even now at over 40 years old — and the photo showed that. Brady ran a 5.28 in the 40-yard dash, the slowest out of any starting quarterback. He also had a vertical jump of only 24.5 inches.

Tom Brady’s weakness is his NFL Combine Photo

Around the time of the NFL combine, Brady’s photo usually starts making its rounds on the web.

He spoke about the picture in 2020 on the NFL network during the 100 All-Time Team finale.

“It’s actually a great thing for me to see because it reminds me of where I started,” Brady said, via NESN. “We all have our story, and I started at a place where I always felt like I was looking up at everybody. I was looking up at everybody in high school and then college and certainly when I started in the pros.

Brady seemed to come to terms with his unflattering photo. But based on his request to Musk, it is safe to assume, the photo still haunts him.

Brady has been to nine Super Bowls and he has seven rings, but he can’t seem to forget this photo. He even jokingly asked Musk for this Twitter user to be banned after sharing the photo.

The picture is not his best, but unless Twitter accepts Musk’s bid, Brady will have to try and put this photo behind him for now.
