“Hangman” Adam Page defends his AEW World Championship against CM Punk at Double or Nothing. Here are some statistics about the world title.

All Elite Wrestling’s first pay per view event was Double or Nothing in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nev. Three years later, they return to Sin City for the same pay per view show.

The main event will be for the AEW World Championship, as “Hangman” Adam Page defends against CM Punk. It has all of the makings to be match of the night, and is quite unpredictable as to who will walk away with the title.

Speaking of the AEW World Championship, here are some statistics regarding it.

Since AEW’s inception in 2019, there have only been four World Champions. Here is the order of which the titles were won:

  • Chris Jericho
  • Jon Moxley
  • Kenny Omega
  • “Hangman” Adam Page

Longest AEW Championship reign

As for who has held the AEW World Championship the longest, that accomplishment belongs to Kenny Omega. After defeating Jon Moxley at Winter is Coming in 2020, Omega held onto the title for 346 days. He defended the title against Moxley, Rey Fenix, Rich Swann, Orange Cassidy, PAC, Jungle Boy and Christian Cage.

Omega lost the title to Page at Full Gear 2021.
