An Angels fan wowed the crowd in Los Angeles with an outstretched, barehanded grab while holding two beers in his other hand.

Baseball games produce two kinds of highlights: The plays made by the batters, pitchers and position players and those made by the random fan in the stands.

Sometimes, the latter outdoes the former.

That’s what happened on Sunday when an Angels fan made the catch of the day by reaching out to catch a foul ball while holding two cans of beer in one hand.

Huge props to you, double-fisting, one-handed catch-making dude. It’s hard to make a better catch than that.

He’s an absolute legend.

Very few people in the world can say they made the play of the game when a game involved Angels and Blue Jays stars like Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout and George Springer. The only reason Vladimir Guerrero Jr. wasn’t in that number was because of some wrist soreness.

It also wasn’t a game without fireworks between the two teams. By the seventh inning, it was 9-6 in favor of the home team. Ohtani hit two home runs as Los Angeles came down from 6-2 down.

LA is fighting to get closer to Houston at the top of the AL West. They’re 2.5 games behind while on a four-game losing streak. A victory over the Blue Jays on Sunday would held get them back on track.

Toronto has enjoyed their trip to Southern California with three wins to start the series against the Angels. They’re still sitting third in the AL East behind the Yankees and Rays.
