Odell Beckham Jr. dropped a major bombshell about his L.A. Rams contract talks.

Odell Beckham Jr. is in his 12th NFL season and is coming off of his first-ever Super Bowl win in February. Just seven months removed from his win, Beckham Jr. and the Rams are at odds.

According to the New York Post, Beckham Jr. took to Twitter to explain his current struggles with coming to terms with the Rams. On Wednesday, Beckham Jr. went in on the organization and gave a glimpse as to what has been happening with his negotiations.

“But YES LA treated me normal and special all in the same breath , we see how that played out,” Beckham wrote. “For both sides. I went out to win a 🏆 there knowin the risk of playin without an ACL… and then I got the lowest of low offers after that goin into the next season. Impossible.”

L.A. Rams lowballed Odell Beckham Jr.

During Beckham Jr.’s holdout, the Rams have struggled on the field as well. The Rams hosted an injury-ridden Dallas Cowboys team, led by quarterback Cooper Rush, and lost 22-10.

While contract talks are on hold, the Rams will be looking for offensive improvement in the coming weeks. The Rams will host the Carolina Panthers, who are free falling at 1-4. After the bye, the Rams get San Francisco, a road date with Tampa Bay, and a home date with the Arizona Cardinals in mid-November. With two NFC West opponents looming, getting critical wins as the playoff picture begins to take shape is critical for future success.

For now, though, only time will tell if the Beckham Jr. talks will continue to materialize.

Beckham Jr. previously played for the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants before joining the Rams in 2021 to help lead them to the promise-land.
