Stefon Diggs takes anger to Twitter with epic rant after Bills loss
Stefon Diggs threw a bit of a tantrum on the sidelines in the Bills’ Divisional Round loss to the Bengals but his anger spilled over to Twitter on Monday.
The only event that Sunday didn’t seem to include for Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs was a victory over the Bengals.
During the painful and snow-covered loss for Buffalo on Sunday at home, Diggs was seen on the sidelines getting heated with both coaches and quarterback Josh Allen. Moreover, reports surfaced after the conclusion of the contest that the wide receiver, in essence, attempted to storm out of Highmark Stadium before being called back, briefly spending time in the locker room, and then leaving.
Tensions were clearly high for Diggs and, nearly 24 hours after the loss, that hadn’t stopped. Diggs took Twitter and seemingly defended his behavior, saying that he was not supposed to be okay with the loss, the performance and more.

Diggs went on to make a good point about the reaction to his behavior, saying that it was “easier to criticize” that than the fact that the team lost in poor fashion.
In reality, the receiver had every reason to be upset with Buffalo’s performance. The defense had no answer for the Bengals’ run-heavy attack, the offense looked completely out of sorts and Diggs himself was not nearly the factor that many expected him to be in such a high-profile matchup.
Even still, his reaction is undoubtedly going to cause a stir. There will be speculation that he’s unhappy in Buffalo and that something could come of that. But for now, we have to take Diggs at his word and the value of his tweets. He’s deeply displeased with losing, especially in that manner.
And really, how could he not be?
