Jessica Andrade blames her breasts for UFC Vegas 69 loss.

Former champion Jessica Andrade was the favorite heading into her fight with Erin Blanchfield but it would be Blanchfield to shock the crowd when she secured a second-round submission of the former champion.

But after the fight, Andrade revealed a detail that fans weren’t aware of. She told the Brazilian outlet Ag Fight that her breast slipped out of her bra and distracted her during the moment that Blanchfield began the sequence that would win her the fight.

Jessica Andrade says her ‘breast completely slipped out’ in fight with Erin Blanchfield

“This is not an excuse, but when she came for the takedown, I lost focus. Because when she moved in, she put her shoulder just under my top and my breast completely slipped out. I lost focus and forgot to counter,” Andrade said. “All I could think of was my breast. When I used my hand to put my breast back in the top, that’s when she was able to take me down. It’s all part of the game, though. It’s not an excuse. She really had a great gameplan. It wasn’t on purpose.”

Andrade explained that she will now be more prepared to just let her breast out if that’s what happens again.

“We have to be ready for everything. I should’ve been prepared to let my breast be out if it slipped out. It has been shown in so many places before. I shouldn’t even be worried about that,” she said.

Prior to her loss to Blanchfield, she was on a three-fight win streak.
