Today’s USMNT rumors includes Christian Pulisic being linked with AC Milan. Timothy Weah is set to join Juventus, whilst Cameron Carter-Vickers could be set to return to Tottenham Hotspur.

USMNT rumors: Christian Pulisic to AC Milan

Christian Pulisic has recently been linked with Olympique Lyonnais and Crystal Palace. However, both of these teams cannot offer any form of European soccer. AC Milan who will be in the Champions League next season, could be about to complete a deal with Chelsea for the American.

According to Corriere della Sera, Milan who are close to signing Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea are also looking to finalize a deal for Pulisic. The two players would be reunited with a former Blues player, Olivier Giroud, at the San Siro.

Giroud has previously said that he would like to see Pulisic in Milan. When asked on CBS Sports Golazo if the USMNT forward would fit into the side, Giroud said “I think people here would love it. He’s definitely a big name in Europe, so it would help us.

Pulisic may not be the only American to join Milan this summer. Relevo has reported that they are also targeting Yunus Musah.

USMNT rumors: Timothy Weah to Juventus

It is not a transfer many expected, but Timothy Weah is about to complete a dream move from Lille to Juventus.

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that “Juventus fully agrees to sign Timothy Weah on a permanent deal from Lille — here we go! Long term deal is in place as Weah is ready for a new chapter in Italy to follow in his father’s footsteps. Weah will be in Italy this week in order to undergo medical tests and sign the contract on Thursday.”

Weah will join Weston McKennie at the club for now but the player who spent the end of last season on loan at Leeds United continues to be linked with a move away from Juventus. Serie A looks to be the league for Americans to follow in the next campaign with Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah both potentially joining Juventus’ rivals AC Milan.

USMNT rumors: Cameron Carter-Vickers to Tottenham Hotspur

Cameron Carter-Vickers left Tottenham Hotspur permanently for Celtic only last year. The USMNT defender would not have expected to come back to the club so soon. However, Ange Postecoglou’s move from the Hoops to Spurs could pave the way for Carter-Vickers to return to the London side.

The Scottish Sun has said that “Carter-Vickers is now another Hoops ace to be on the Spurs boss’ radar.” Postecoglou also reportedly wants to sign Kyogo Furuhashi and Reo Hatate from Celtic.

It would be a great opportunity for Carter-Vickers to return to a club that he may feel he has unfinished business at. The player managed just five first-team appearances for Spurs and did not feature for them in the Premier League.
