Another week, another GIF of Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith taunting somebody (or a whole team, in this instance).

Just a few days removed from an epic verbal battle against the St. Louis Rams and defensive back Janoris Jenkins, Smith is back at it – this time against the rival Atlanta Falcons.

After a Luke Kuechly interception put the Panthers in prime field position, Smith decided to turn on his burners and do his best to leave the Falcons defense in the dust. Smith, in addition to a pass interference penalty, picked up a solid 18-yard grab which sparked the following ‘taunt’, if you will:

The new ‘eating’ fad has seemingly taken over professional sports, a universal sign that you’re essentially destroying your opponent – eating them up, if you will.

It’s pretty tame for Smith, who two weeks ago decided to mimic the famed dances of both Deion Sanders and Ray Lewis, clear shots at the aforementioned Jenkins who has suggested he’s as an elite defenders as both Lewis and Sanders.
