The Denver Broncos are playing the Kansas City Chiefs on the road in the second of their season series. The Chiefs lost to the Broncos in Denver during their first meeting and are trying to get a better result this time.
The Chiefs struck first with a 17-yard touchdown pass from Alex Smith to Junior Hemingway in the first quarter. Manning led a quick comeback for the Broncos. In less than three minutes after that, Manning and the Broncos got on the board with a 41-yard touchdown pass to Eric Decker. It was a six-play 79 yard drive.
On the following kick off though, the Chiefs returned it 108-yards for a touchdown and regained the lead. Manning has also thrown two interceptions early in the game already.
