It’s officially football season! That means tail-gating, touchdowns, fall weather, and most importantly, the terrible performances we all love!
I’ve gone on the record before to say how much I appreciate bad football. My favorite game of the last five years was a Jets-Cardinals game that ended 7-6. It was just so hilariously awful that I couldn’t stop watching.
In Week 1 of 2014, there weren’t many laughable performances, but there were some good ones. And, by good ones, I’m obviously talking about bad performances. When you’re like me, the bad performances are the good ones.
Also, I know how it feels to see your favorite players and teams be made fun of year after year; I’m a life-long Mariners fan, and I’ve seen my fair share of torture. It’s all in good fun.
