After being limited by a hamstring injury the last two weeks, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is not listed on the Chicago Bears’ Week 4 injury report. He also fully participated in practice Wednesday and should be good to go barring any setbacks for this weekend’s game against division rivals the Green Bay Packers.

More from Chicago Bears

With Brandon Marshall still slowed down with an ankle injury (he is listed on the injury report and did not participate in practice Wednesday) Jeffery figures to be the No. 1 receiver against the Green Bay Packers this weekend. Jeffery has 16 catches for a team-high 223 yards this season but has not yet caught a touchdown. However, he is the only Bears receiver with a reception of more than 20 yards with three.

Jeffery is coming off his best performance of the season, catching eight balls for 105 yards in Monday night’s 27-19 win against the New York Jets. He also ran the ball twice for 13 yards. Jeffery has looked healthier every game and now, finally off the injury report, nothing should be slowing him down.

As far as your fantasy football team, Jeffery looks like a solid play against a week Packers secondary. He trails only tight end Martellus Bennet (26) and Marshall (26) in targets with 25. With Marshall’s status still in question, Jeffery should be Jay Cutler’s top option at wideout.
