Carmelo Anthony Hat Game Is Still On Point (Photo)
The New York Knicks are currently sitting at 5-21 on the season, but NBA forward Carmelo Anthony’s hat collection is still looking good.
These are troubling times for the New York Knicks. Their 5-21 start has the team scrambling to find answers. This was not supposed to be the case.

Sure, Derek Fisher was a rookie head coach, and the team was not built to make a serious playoff run this season. However, Phil Jackson was supposed to start turning things around within the organizations. Fisher was a player’s coach; one of the most respected former competitors in the league. They won the Carmelo Anthony sweepstakes, again.
Well, at least Carmelo Anthony looks good in those hats. As pointed out by ESPN’s own Darren Rovell, Anthony was sporting another fantastic piece of head-wear after last night’s 95-90 overtime loss to the Toronto Raptors. By the looks of things, this would appear to be a classic fedora, ala Indiana Jones or the “Chairman of the Board” Mr. Frank Sinatra.
Despite the team has playing poorly all year, Melo has been relatively consistent with his career totals, although his scoring numbers appear to be 2 full points below average. With disappointing performances from Iman Shumpert and JR Smith, the only other solace the team can really take in is the somewhat resurgent Amare Stoudemire. In a very limited capacity this season, his 20.5 PER has been a bright spot on a team desperately struggling to stay relevant in the East.
Maybe the answers are in the hats. It seems to be working for Carmelo. Why not everyone else?
