Well, everyone, we are midway through the collegiate season and, my goodness, has it been a fun one already.

At Upside & Motor, we’ve seen countless of hours of college basketball and re-watched even more countless of hours of game-tape. But it isn’t a chore. We love every minute of it. We all enjoy evaluating talent, breaking down skill level and giving our opinions about it all, as crazy as they may be.

With that in mind, I present to you our midseason Big Board. As for now, we are going with our top 15 players (and will expand to 30 later in the season). It’s worth noting, though, that Big Boards have nothing to do with mock drafts or whom teams should target. Big Boards are solely used for talent evaluation.

These are our top 15 talented players.

Some of us may choose to base the talent off of this season, while some of us may choose to base it off NBA potential. I don’t know and you won’t know the reasoning behind these rankings below. But that’s the fun of it.

Without further ado, away we go we the first Big Board of the season. — Spencer
