The Vilanova Wildcats have finally won the NCAA Tournament. It’s been a rough decade or so for the program as Jay Wright’s squads were bounced earlier than expected often. On Monday against the North Carolina Tar Heels, Wright’s team battled hard and won on a three pointer as time expired.
Fans can now order their championship gear to celebrate the first men’s basketball national championship since 1985. The shirts come in different colors and styles to appease to the many preferences of college basketball fans.

Of course, two of the shirts come in ‘Nova blue. It’s interesting to see a shirt in Tar Heel blue, but Wildcats fans may like that to rub salt further into the wounds of North Carolina and their fans.
For those who want to add some championship socks to match the shirt, they are also available for purchase. These will definitely be swept up by ‘Nova fans in the coming days.

Villanova was not expected to win the 2016 NCAA Championship game. Yet, they defied the odds to get all the way to the final game. Wright and gang beat Roy Williams’ squad fair and square. Teams practice end of game plans to win games all the time and it paid of for the Wildcats on Monday night in Houston.
