Toronto Raptors center Bismack Biyombo elbowed Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love in the face and picked up a flagrant foul.

Bismack Biyombo has been a thorn in the side of the Cleveland Cavaliers throughout the Eastern Conference Finals. The Toronto Raptors have fed off his energy down low and it is what has allowed them to remain competitive on their own floor.

In Game 6 on Friday night, Biyombo might have gotten a little to physical and cost himself dearly going forward. As Biyombo was working against Kevin Love in the post, he elbowed Love right in the head and scored a basket.

The basket counted initially, but as Love continued to lay on the ground in pain from taking a massive elbow to the head, the refs decide to take away the bucket and award a flagrant one to Biyombo.

As a result of the flagrant, Biyombo now is in possession of four flagrant points, which means he would be automatically suspended for Game 7 if the game is necessary.

It’s hard to determine if it was intentional and worthy of a flagrant, but there is no denying on the play that Love took a major blow.
