Montreal Canadiens vs. New York Rangers live stream, Game 3: TV schedule, online and more
By Adam Stocker

The Montreal Canadiens face the New York Rangers in Game 3 of their NHL playoff series at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, April 16.
The Montreal Canadiens were able to even their series with the New York Rangers with a 4-3 overtime win in Game 2. However, the Canadiens were 18 seconds away from going to New York down two games to none. With 17.6 seconds remaining and the Montreal net empty, Tomas Plekanec tied the game.
Montreal would win the game late in the first overtime period. Canadiens’ winger Alexander Radulov scored the game-winning goal with less than 90 seconds remaining. Radulov was fantastic for the Habs in Game 2. The Russian winger assisted on Montreal’s opening goal and Plekanec’s goal to force overtime.
After shutting out the Canadiens in Game 1, New York goalie Henrik Lundqvist faced 58 shots in the second game, 20 more shots than his counterpart, Carey Price. The Rangers can not be out-shot by such a margin if they expect to defeat the Canadiens in Game 3. Offensively, the Rangers need someone in addition to Michael Grabner step up. The Austrian winger has scored in both games for New York.

Radulov’s strong post-season performance is going to make resigning him even more difficult for the Canadiens. The 30-year old signed a one-year $5.75 million contract in the off-season. Radulov will be an unrestricted free agent on July 1 and looking to cash in with one last big contract.
