The NBA Playoffs kicked off on Saturday, April 15 with a slew of exciting games. Now, on Easter Sunday, we can celebrate the return of the Boston Celtics and the Chicago Bulls to the basketball court. The Celtics are the number one seed in the East and the Bulls are the eighth. But don’t let that deter you from the fact that these teams have the potential to make this a great series.
The Celtics head into this matchup with their stellar starting lineup all healthy and ready to go to battle. Isaiah Thomas is at the point guard, Avery Bradley at shooting guard, Jae Crowder at small forward, Amir Johnson at power forward, and Al Horford will be their starting center.
The Bulls have had issues with their starting lineup all season long. Rajon Rondo has been in and out of the rotation and a couple of injuries to Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade have really screwed up the rotation. But the Bulls will be rolling with Rondo at point guard, Wade at shooting guard, Butler at small forward, Nikola Mirotic at power forward, and Robin Lopez will be at center.
