Ric Flair is no stranger to playoff predictions, and made another strong pick as he picked the Cavaliers to sweep the Celtics in the conference finals.

Ric Flair is already one-for-one in 2017 with his postseason picks, and made another on Tuesday after the Celtics advanced to the Eastern Conference finals against the Cavaliers.

The Celtics beat the Washington Wizards in Game 7 on Monday night at the TD Garden, and will start the conference finals against the Cavs on Wednesday night at home. The basketball world already has their heart set on a Cavaliers-Golden State Warriors NBA Finals rematch, and everyone is counting out the Celtics.

Flair added to the C’s pain, as he congratulated them on the win, but also gave his pick for who would advance to the NBA Finals from the East. Flair picked the Cavs to not only win, but to sweep the top-seeded Celtics.

If you base who wins playoff games on Ric Flair picks and are a Cavaliers fan, you’re in luck.

The last time Flair was in the news for a prediction, it was for the Atlanta Falcons-Green Bay Packers NFC title game in January. Flair was perfect on the pick, as he had the Falcons defeating the Packers and advancing to Super Bowl 51.

For the Celtics, they can use Flair as motivation on two ends. One, they can use his prediction as the world being against them for this series. On the other hand, one of Flair’s most famous catchphrases was “To be the man, you’ve got to beat the man.” The Cavaliers are the dominant team in the Eastern Conference, and the defending conference and NBA Finals champs at the moment. The C’s will need to beat the man in this case in order to advance to the NBA Finals, and prove they’re the new “man.”
