Cam Newton’s ability to take things to the next level off the field has never been in question, and his thunderous Week 3 arrival proved that very point.

Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers play host to the Saints on Sunday afternoon and, based on his pregame outfit, it’s hard to decide whether killa’ Cam will throw for 400 yards or 14 yards.

Check. This. Out.

Cam is so focused here it looks like he’s headed to a storied showdown with Doc Holliday in the year 2056.

Or perhaps a fierce walk-off with Russell Westbrook? That’s honestly the dream for some sports fans and every single staff member at Vogue.

With the NBA season right around the corner, it kinda feels like a direct challenge to Russ, as these two seem to have a non-verbal rivalry going. And it’s beautiful.

But no one — and I mean no one — put it better than Randy Moss:

Perfectly stated by the great No. 84, who has been amazing in the studio.

Because yes, when you show up to the game dressed as though you’re headed to the set of a futuristic Western spoof directed by the Wayans brothers, it’s absolutely imperative that you deliver the goods on the field.

Seriously, look at this ensemble.

A top hat, sunglasses, a vest, floral pants and a demeanor that all but says, “I came to take your soul,” has to lend itself to destined greatness, right? RIGHT?

Eh, whatever. Michael Irvin’s got back your back, Cam.

Know that, my friend.

The beauty of these guys and their approach to fashion is that when they dive in, they are 100 percent ALL IN.

The only thing we’re missing here is a live reaction clip from the Saints locker room just moments after feasting their eyes upon this dizzying outfit.

Alas, I strongly suggest that Cam continue to tune out the haters because this has become a weekly treat.
