The NBA is a lovely mix of teams with special flaws and marks that make them special. Let’s take a sander to them and make them all perfect and the same.

We all suck in our own special way. Some people think that it’s our imperfections who make us who we are, but we all know that’s just an excuse to not try and make yourself better. We all need to be perfect, and we need to be perfect at exactly midnight in like a week or so.

These are the rules. I didn’t make them. The goal of each year is to identify your faults, like say a stubby pinky finger or maybe a smile that only captivates 90 percent of the room instead of the full 100 percent.

Some say that NBA teams are people. Unlike the aforementioned some people, these some people are right. Maybe not in a literal sense, but in a sense that makes you go “Wow, Matt. Great point.” That’s where the heart is.

As people, it’s incumbent upon these NBA Teams to make their New Years Resolutions. I’m here to help.
