The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Divisional Round and they celebrated their underdog victory absolutely perfectly.

The Philadelphia Eagles are without their star quarterback Carson Wentz towards the end of the regular season and the Playoffs. However, this Eagles team, who were a underdogs by 3.5 points, came out on top over an upset victory over the Falcons to head to the NFC Championship Game and celebrated their underdog victory perfectly.

Eagles’ owner Jeffrey Lurie showed off his incredible “dad” dance moves in the locker room straight after the game. With their impressive victory which no one saw coming, Lurie was fully allowed to show off his fabulous dance moves. This dance will become legendary throughout the rest of the Playoffs if the Eagles stay alive.

It’s always something special defeating a great team without their star player as an underdog. In fact, the name “underdog” the Eagles were given this game went into full consideration in the locker room post game. Let’s have Lane Johnson describe what we mean by that.

The Philadelphia Eagles are now heading to the NFC Championship Game on Jan. 22nd, 2018. The Eagles have two possibilities of their opponents. Those two opponents are either the Minnesota Vikings or the New Orleans Saints. We will find out who the Eagles will go up against on Sunday, Jan. 14th when the Saints visit Minnesota.

Eagles’ quarterback Nick Foles threw for 246 yards on a 23/30 completion/attempt ratio. He wasn’t accountable for any touchdowns or interceptions this game. However, the only touchdown the Eagles had was through running back LeGarrette Blout who had 9 carries for only 19 yards. Falcons’ quarterback Matt Ryan threw for 210 yards and 1 touchdown pass to Devonta Freeman. Overall, it was a slow offensive game for both teams in a low-scoring bloodbath ending in a 15-10 victory. Basically a game of field goals late in the game, except for one safety that the Eagles’ defense caused.
