Every NBA team is looking for shooters. Where are the best places to find it in the NBA Draft?

In the game of basketball, the aim is to put the ball through the hoop. As time has passed, players have started to shoot the ball from deeper and deeper. Currently, the 3-pointer is king in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors have turned into a dynasty because they have three of the best shooters in the game today on one team.

The NBA has always been a copycat league and as the Warriors are fresh off of repeating as NBA champions, teams will look to fill their roster with as much shooting as possible this offseason. Their first opportunity to do that comes in the 2018 NBA Draft. On June 21, 60 players will be selected and with more and more teams realizing the “jump shooting reliant teams don’t win rings” mantra doesn’t hold true anymore, players that can consistently hit from the perimeter are must-haves.

For this article, we will take a look at the five best pure shooters in this year’s draft class. All five of these prospects have shown the ability to get hot in a hurry from downtown as well as being able to shoot in a variety of different ways. Whichever teams are able to get their hands on these five players will surely not be disappointed in what they are able to contribute as rookies.

With the pace-and-space style of play becoming the norm around the league players that can consistently knock down 3-pointers are going to be on every team’s wishlist this summer.
