Inter Milan face Sevilla at the RheinEnergieStadion on Friday, August 21. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Inter Milan head coach Antonio Conte may just continue his run of winning trophies in his first season at a club after all.

It’s remarkable that for all his domestic success in Italy and England, this is Conte’s first European final as a manager, although he did win both this tournament and the Champions League during his playing days with Juventus. This is also Inter’s first continental final since their treble-winning season back in 2009-10.

So impressive have Conte’s side been in defeating Shakhtar, Leverkusen and Getafe that not only do many people now expect them to lift this trophy, but Inter are also being seen as frontrunners in next term’s Serie A race.

Sevilla, of course, have an exceptional pedigree in this competition, having won it more times than any other club, most recently in 2016.

Although the much-maligned Luuk de Jong netted Sevilla’s winner in the semi-final victory over Manchester United, Inter would still seem to have the edge over Julen Lopetegui’s side in terms of strikers.

Nonetheless, the likes of Lucas Ocampos and fellow Argentine Ever Banega, who’s playing his last game for Sevilla here, mean that this team can never be written off.
